I'm a warm and open therapist and my style is infused with a genuine sense of care, humor and an easy going nature. I bring a unique set of tools that gently engages all parts of your experience-- mind, body and emotion-- to help you work through what's keeping you stuck on a deeper level.
My work is grounded in over decade of experience and training and engages a deep understanding of trauma theory and mind-body psychotherapy. I have completed extensive training in somatic therapy, mindfulness, AEDP, Internal Family Systems (IFS/Parts Work) and EMDR. Together, we will explore which techniques are best suited for you.
